I spoke to Frank on the phone, explained the job I needed to be done, he gave me a time he could come and was here on time - he looked at the carpet and gave me a quote which I agreed to and he had the carpet tightened and completed within 30 minutes. Very professional, courteous and did an excellent job.

Frank was great. He was very quick to respond and come out to help me understand the process and left me with carpet samples. That helped me nail down what I wanted and I scheduled Frank to come for the work. While he was there doing the work, I had a brainstorm about another part of the house and Frank ballparked the costs if I were to put rugs in there. It helped me quite a bit and Frank is a pleasure to work with.

Perfect. Removed scraps etc. I had 1 room carpeted, 13'x13'. Owner/Installer worked with his son. I had everything removed & cleaned myself. Their installation took about 75 minutes. Frank came out and gave me a estimate and said he could do the job within a week. I gave him a deposit. He scheduled the installation for the following Monday at 9:00 AM and actually arrived 10 minutes early. Old carpeting was removed and new pad and carpeting was installed. Stringers and baseboard were covered. Frank is Very Professional and he and his son completed the job including cleanup. Job looks Spectacular I would recommend Frank (Bensalem Flooring) to anyone looking for new carpeting and a totally professional job.

Frank and his son did a fantastic job installing our luxury vinyl plank flooring for a very reasonable price!! Frank was so easy to work with. It took me about 3 weeks to decide on a color and then because I waited so long, the flooring wasn't going to arrive in time. Frank suggested a color closely matching my original choice and came back to my house with a sample so I could see it. He was so patient with me while I made this decision. I explained that I've never made a big purchase that I didn't experience Buyer's Remorse after and find a reason, no matter how crazy, that I was unhappy. Frank wasn't worried. He said it would take 2 to 3 days and they would need to remove and reinstall my bathroom toilet, and they would move all the furniture and washer/ dryer. The week before we were scheduled for installation, my powder room toilet broke and we needed a new one. I called Frank and asked since they were going to uninstall and reinstall my current toilet would it be possible to just install a new one? NO PROBLEM! The floors were installed on time and look gorgeous!!! Best purchase I've ever made-- not one pang of Buyer's Remorse. I would highly recommend Bensalem Flooring!!!
